[GRASS5] d.erase/d.rast/d.save

Hi,

i wish all of you a happy new year.

I just changed some minor things in d.erase and d.rast. 
d.erase is now added to the display list, so that it is saved with
d.save -a.
I removed the call to D_clear_window() in
src/display/d.rast/cmd/display.c, as this removes all information on the
actual frame, so that d.save is broken. 

I hope this does not break anything, please tell me if so.

The display list system is still not fully functional, but better than
before.
