[GRASS5] g51 parser

Hi,

today I was 'user friendly'. I have written G_gui which generates Tk interface
from options if no parameters are given on the command row.

-> less work for programmers
-> gui is always consistent with modules
-> gui for all modules

It seems to me that we need some more formalized Tcl/Tk library in Grass,
which could be shared (Nviz, modules).
