[GRASS5] Outstanding issues for the 5.0 stable release

Hi developers,

since we are getting closer to the stable release of 5.0
(seems we are approximating it only) we have to take another look at
outstanding issues.

The same as earlier:

Anything else except the remaining bugs and wishes :-) ?
