[GRASS5] g51: network: dglib, d.path

Hi,

many thanks to Roberto Micarelli, who had written direct graph
library, we have just uploaded to g51 (lib/vector/dglib).
Roberto is still working on improvements.

The first module based on that library is d.path:

which uses for costs either line lengths, or costs saved 
as attributes in database (supports costs for both arcs and nodes),
for example:
d.path map=net nfield=2 ncol=cost afield=1 afcol=fcost abcol=bcost
