[GRASS5] GRASS web site layout

Folks,

as initial change I have applied a new menu to
http://grass.itc.it/index2.html
[don't panic - nothing is lost]

The next day(s) I'll somewhat clean up the HTML pages and
try to condense/reduce them and also the startup menu.

After that we can apply the mechanism to have the menu everywhere,
Eric already started to develop a small tool.

So, don't hesitate to send suggestions for the web site reorganization
such as "merge this and that", "throw away following", "why don't I
find this important information" etc.
