[GRASS5] [bug #1357] (grass) documents/models.html bloat

Let's examine the HTML on  grass/documents/models.html in GRASS 5.0.0pre1 (May 2001):

No wonder grass is so big, most of it is repeated font mess.
Also throughout the page, the subitems are in all caps, whereas the
parent items aren't!  --therefore less important to the eye!

please see anybrowser.org and give up the bloat formatter software.

further on we see the r.le links, none of which gives an introduction
to what they are all about.
