Subject: displaying  a  dgn  file

Platform: GNU/Linux/ppc
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

i  have   got  one  dgn file and want to display  it in GRASS.i  have  tried  to do it 
using the module  v.in.dgn.but  it says some elements are not  supported  by dgnlib.
can u help me  out  to display  the file.
