Agreed.

Personally, I think that the "Windows/Cygwin support" should be
qualified further. It's still somewhat "experimental" (IOW, flaky),
and is likely to remain so until the issues of:

a) spaces in filenames, and
b) using tcltkgrass with Cygwin's Tcl/Tk package

are resolved.
