[GRASS5] Working MicroStation DGN format

I'm working with GRASS 5 and I need to
insert/view/open dgn file format from MicroStation J
by Bentley. But, GRASS 5 only import/work dxf file
format. Is there an option to work with dgn in GRASS
5, without to change/convert to dxf format?
