s.proj now works correctly with the NTv2 grid. Haven't tried out the
other combinations yet, but they should work I think.

Ok, now it works fine.


So as far as I can tell, all the datum shift problems I found have
pretty much been fixed now.

I have not tested for a datum+projection change yet. That's next.
