I had a problem with 'cvs update -dP' not removing old files and it was
causing GRASS 5.1 compilation problems (you may remember from a few weeks
ago). I had to use the -A flag, i.e. 'cvs update -dPA'. This forcibly
updated to the latest HEAD. Might be useful.
