Dear all,
we are busy making r.le working properly. Because we cannot write in C, our 
idea is just getting the basic metrics output from r.le to feed a database 
for making all the necessary calculations, with the aim of at least 
replicating many of the indices present in fragstats (probably the leading 
software in the field).
Before reinventing the wheel, I would appreciate knowing whether there is 
somebody already working on this, and/or somebody willing to cooperate with 
us.
