[GRASS5] Update of Spearfish sample data packages (GRASS 5.3 + 5.7)

Dear GRASS community,

Helena Mitasova and me have updated the well known Spearfish
sample data package for GRASS 5.3 and (current) GRASS 5.7.

Download of data sets at:
 http://grass.itc.it/data.html
 (on the mirror sites the next day(s))

Basically some new maps have been added and for the 
5.7 package all vector data have been converted to the 
new vector format (flat geometry files with dbf tables).

More detailed change history:

----- Spearfish 5.3:

3 March 2004:
- added
  * elevation.10m (USGS Seamless server)
  * landcover.30m (USGS Seamless server) [landcover.orig is identical, but without legend]
  * soils.Kfactor replaced (to avoid no data areas)

----- Spearfish 5.7 (on top of 'Spearfish 5.3' package):

14 April 2004:
- converted all vector maps to 5.7 vector format
  Attributes stored in DBF files.
- converted all sites  maps to 5.7 vector format
  Attributes stored in DBF files.
