[GRASS5] [bug #2791] (grass) g.region accepts lat-long only in degree.decimalparts

grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: grass57_exp_2004_11_13

g.region n=51d25'30" (...)
<n=51d25'30"> ** invalid input **

g.region n=51:25:30 (...)

<n=51:25:30> ** invalid input **

However the output of g.region (eg. g.region -l) supports the latter format. So far when I read the latlong coordinates from a map I have to convert it to decimal parts first (and errors may occur BTW).
