[GRASS5] [bug #2821] (grass) v.patch: discuss pros and cons of -a

In the v.patch documentation, discuss the pros and cons of -a.

Also say if
v.patch input=mapa,mapb output=mapa
is OK.
ERROR: The output file name must differ from input file names
I see. So warn on the man page so we don't have to learn the hard way!
