Add an option to compress tiff's with LZW to r.out.tiff.  The patent has run out, so it should not be an 
issue.  I'm aware we can use r.out.gdal, but r.out.tiff is so much easier to add options to the output 
format:

comp=lzw

vs.

createop='whatever'
and I have to remember how to to specify LZW compression in gdal-speak.  And the TFW option goes 
here also.
