[GRASS5] raster commands in 5.7

You are right. I am guilty of a bit of hyperbole and it is not 'a lot'. 
However, I did notice more than a few and some of that seemed 
important. I started making a list a couple months back when I went 
through all the commands to do the first run on a 5.7 menu. However, 
I've let that sit while I've been engulfed by the normal semester 
insanity and working on the GUI for 5.3.

I will try to get you that interim list soon. When I start in on the 
5.7 GUI in earnest, I will note all 'missing' raster commands (and any 
others--e.g. none of the scripts are there) in a systematic way. I'm 
sure you are right in that some of these may no longer be needed.
