Please don't do this. The space used is probably trivial, and leaving
them in allows someone to grab a tar file initially (which tends to be
much faster than "cvs checkout"), and then use "cvs update" thereafter
(rather than having to grab a new 19Mb tar file every time).

If the included CVS/Root files are for a SSH login rather than
anonymous pserver, it's trivial to just overwrite them, but you need
the CVS/Entries files.
