[GRASS5] 5.4.0 tagged in CVS

Hello everyone
The official 5.4.0 release of GRASS is now tagged in CVS. You can check it 
out as:
cvs -z3 co -r release_05_11_2004_grass5_4_0 grass

I will prepare a source distribution and announcement webpage (which will 
contain a lot of the same information as the 5.3.0 announcement, seeing 
this is the first stable release the functionality is contained in) in the 
next few days.
