[GRASS5] GRASS to do page on wiki

Hello,

We have started a To Do list page in the GRASS Wiki which should allow
interested people to find a task to work on in GRASS. Preliminary results
of the survey include several declarations of interest, so such a page
seems necessary.

Please could all of you add any items you can think of onto this page ?
Especially in the "Development" section, the ideal would be to have
selection of tasks from the porting list and from the bugtracker's wish
list, as the current links to the two lists doesn't make it easy for a
newcomer to know the priorities.
