[GRASS5] d.m - d.what.vect

The form mode does not work correctly at least for ALL Mac users.
That is, it works once per GRASS session then doesn't work again until GRASS
is restarted. This has been a problem for over a year (since I first got 5.7
working on a Mac). I also heard that some Linux users cannot use form mode,
but I'm not sure about that. I don't know about Cygwin as it has been
problematic under 5.7 until recently.
The way I have it set up now is that selecting d.what.vect (query with
mouse) from the menus in d.m it goes to the standard tcltk dialog where the
user can choose whether or not to use form mode. I think GUI form mode is
the default.
The only place I 'hard coded' -x mode is into the toolbar icon because in
that way, the simple query tool will do a simple successful query on all
systems. It also has the same look and behavior whether you pick a raster or
vector to query (currently there is no equivalent to form mode for
d.what.rast).
