[GRASS5] 5.7: XDRIVER Freetype support functional (incl Asian fonts)

Maybe related...
XDRIVER and other display drivers do not compile on fresh install from
CVS. It has no rule to create libgrass_display.a

The observed consequence is that monitors can not be opened.
