[GRASS5] missing scripts??

I just noticed that the following scripts are missing from the current cvs
distribution of GRASS 5.7. I think all have been updated to 5.7 format. If
it is simply an oversight and they just need to be added to the make file, I
can do that. If there is another reason for their removal could someone let
me know and I will take them off the menu.

v.in.garmin
i.tm.dhaze
r.univar.sh (nb: this was to be included until the binary r.univar could be
upgraded to have the same functionality, such as quaritles ‹ I¹d like user
specified percentiles, but maybe I¹m the only one)
