[GRASS5] [bug #2617] (grass) v.digit can damage maps unexpectedly

This feature is unfortunately missing. My idea is to have a checkbox 
"Close boundary and place new centroid with current category".

For now, you have to move last vertex and snap to the first one,
and manualy add centroid.
