[GRASS5] some grass rastermodules

Hallo developers,
I have written some filters for GRASS. They should serve as edge-preserving (or
edge-enhancing) filters for raster maps.

I don't know, if anyone but me  needs such kind of filters, but I would be
thankfull, if someone would test them and give me the feedback of how they
work.

The filters are posted on GRASS add-ons site. There are

    * Gaussian filter
    * Mean of least variance filter and
    * Bilateral filter

That's all for now, but I hope to write some other things too.
