Say what is meant by (pg driver):
$ g.manual v.net.path
"specifying afcol=length/max_speed (pg driver)"

Sorry, if I had many separate emails for each bug, I wouldn't be able
to send them in one modem call.

v.to.db.html has no example of qcolumn, qlayer usage.

show how to use v.to.db map=b8 option=cat, but only for cat>3 etc.

v.net.iso never explicitly mentions that afcolumn=cost turns on/off
using distance.
