[GRASS5] r.out.vtk

Dear developers,
im proud of presenting you the first version of r.out.vtk.

This module allows you to export raster maps to the VTK dataformat. You 
can visualize it with paraview or mayavi.

Features are:
*export of serveral raster maps in one vtk file
*elevation support
*rgb support, export of 3 rgb raster maps into one vtk dataset

the r.out.vtk.tar.gz includes the sources, description and the Makefile:

The screenshots are called r.out.vtk-paraview?.png.
Note: screenshot 6 is an combination of r.out.vtk and r3.out.vtk Data 
from the slovakian dataset.
The elevation is 10x scaled (booth 2.5D and 3D).

Because i have only 2 good datasets to test it, lots of bugs may be 
present.
