[GRASS5] make pdfdocs broken?

I have fixed tons of problems today.

Can you please try again?

BTW (new): to generate the docs as "single" HTML manual, run: 
(cd lib/ ; make htmldocs)

I have also updated the doxygen config files to doxygen 1.3 style.

Hopefully it works for you now.
