Subject: add coordinate option to r.reclass and r.recode

I'd like to suggest that r.reclass and r.recode be updated to permit specification of cells to reclass/recode by coordinate as well as by cat number. Currently, both support...

cat1 cat2 cat3 thru cat4 = 1

My suggestion is that they also support...

x1,y1 x2,y2 x3,y3 thru x4,y4 = 1

This opens up a number of new possiblities through the option of reclassification/recoding by geography rather than attribute. For example, uses in scripting or other programming, it could be used for modeling of dynamic phenomena--weather fronts, mobile agents, animal herds, vegetation spread, etc.
