grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 6.1.cvs

Hi,
Would it be possible to extend the buffer functionality of GRASS to that point that we would have the option "line square buffer" (meaning no half-circles around the end of a line)? 
This would provide the possibility to assign a ID of the attribute table of the line theme to the buffer theme.
