Subject: The v.in.ascii module does not move the *.dbf from the /.tmp dierectory

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 6.0.cvs 2005

The v.in.ascii module does not move the *.dbf from the /.tmp folder into
the /dbf folder. The message is "permissions denied". The status with ls -ld is -rw-rw-rw- Manually, mv works and I can move the temporary database
