[GRASS5] [bug #3418] (grass) ps.map: make output=string really optional

We see
ps.map [-rpe] [input=string] [scale=string] [copies=string] [output=string]
We find however that if one omits output=string, the output does not
go to stdout, and we get a usage message.  So the [] around
output=string are not optional it turns out. GRASS 6.0.0 (2005)
