[GRASS5] one more localization question

Hello all,

Should output written to history files be localized?  eg:

sprintf(hist.edhist[0], "some text");
sprintf (hist.datsrc_1, "Group/subgroup: %s/%s", group, subgroup);
hist.edlinecnt = 1;
G_write_history (name, &hist);
...

I would think that these should be localized, but I defer to the list to
make certain.
