[GRASS5] r.flow -- support for NULLs

I believe that the barin raster accepts only 1/0 values. It defines flow 
barriers.
But it makes sense to use 1/null values as well, where 1 is a barrier 
and null is not a barrier. Clearly, it needs some update to accept both 
or put this information in the manual page.
