[GRASS5] [bug #3054] (grass) r.info always displays the zone information (was: g.region -p always displays the zone information)

SORRY! I meant r.info, not g.region!!! g.region is just fine!

Below is the appropriate report:

Please note that although the location and the raster are in Stereographic
projection there is "zone (0)" comment in the r.info's report.

The location is not UTM first of all so any "zone" info does not fit. Secondly
the UTM zone 0 is somewhere on the west coast of North America while the
location here is Poland, Europe, so this might be eventually missleading.
