Currently I am not able to follow much the list. But stupid idea:

r.sun help 2>&1 |grep incidence
    incidout   Output incidence angle raster map (mode 1 only)

may contain relevant code pieces (of course code must be modified).

Note that I have fixed r.sun's parameters yesterday.
