Subject: v.overlay: support for atype=point

It would be nice if you could use v.overlay with atype=point, e.g. to select
points not included by an area.

Work around: v.in.region + 'v.overlay op=not' to make an inverse of your area
then use v.select.

A 'v.select op=not' would be nice to do the same thing.
