[GRASS5] Importing SAR Images

Hi all,
	I get segmentation fault while trying 
to import SAR images. It is an SLC (Single Look complex)
image. 
Output from gdalinfo is:

Driver: CEOS/CEOS Image
Size is 4900, 26000
Coordinate System is `'
Corner Coordinates:
Upper Left  (    0.0,    0.0)
Lower Left  (    0.0,26000.0)
Upper Right ( 4900.0,    0.0)
Lower Right ( 4900.0,26000.0)
Center      ( 2450.0,13000.0)
Band 1 Block=4900x1 Type=Byte, ColorInterp=Undefined

I am using Debian
If any more details are needed, I can send.

Please help me to solve the problem
