[GRASS5] NVIZ: Marooned

Hello Bob and the others.

First of all thank you for using (and testing) the new flythrough.

What I mostly changed in order to get the kanimator working, was to 
change get/set_focus o get/set_viewdir. But I did it only for kanimator 
and not for the simple animator, so maybe changing these into the simple 
animator could solve the problem. Furthermore as in this way the view is 
not anymore toward the center, this can affect the results of the 
position panel (that I never use).

Anyone that already knows where to put his/her hands, is welcome.
Otherwise I'll try to see what I can do as soon as I can.
