[GRASS5] fill areas with color in NVIZ

Dear list, 

I just tried to visualize areas in NVIZ and define a fill color (current
GRASS 6.1-cvs). I was wondering because I thought it is possible as shown
here:

Am I wrong or was it only implemented in earlier NVIZ versions? Or how can I
define area colors in NVIZ, I couldn't find the button?
