Re: Bug #2838 & #3116
Attached is new, validating html code to replace the html code submitted
on the bottom of bug report #2838. The minor correction required is
that <form> and <center> cannot be inside of <font>

I haven't had the time to dig into any coding ... but I may have some
time to work on html validation. I'll look into it when I have the
chance.
