[GRASS5] PATCH: gmath

Could someone browse this patch for glaring omissions?

lib/gmath/brent.c is renamed minima.c and DEPEND, jacobi.c,
local_proto.h and numerical.h are removed.

And could someone please answer as to why the majority of the functions
have no 'G_' prefix?

If all is okay, I'll commit the changes.
