[GRASS5] [bug #3051] (grass) automatic names assignment in d.m needed

This one has been fixed recently (cool, thanks) however one issue remains. The
name doesn't get updated (remains "raster1" or "vector1") when the user inputs
the file name manually. It is only updated when the file is selected with
mouse. Could both ways be supported?
