[GRASS5] New scripts: v.report, v.in.gns, d.correlate

Hi,

I have added new scripts to 6.1-CVS:

- v.report: Reports geometry statistics for vectors (lines length, areas)

- v.in.gns: Imports US-NGA GEOnet Names Server (GNS) Gazetteer country files
            into a GRASS vector points map [1]

- d.correlate: ported from GRASS 5 (rewritten from csh to sh)

[1] Useful to import Gazetteer city places countrywise into GRASS
    You could even export to SHAPE, open in QGIS, upload to GPS...
