[GRASS5] d.legend for vectors

Hi,

try d.vect.thematic

I tryed to add support for vectors in d.legend. At least _some_ support
can be found in my d.legend version  -- see http://les-ejk.cz/~jachym/programs/grass/d.legend.tgz

Martin will perhaps fix this soon ;-)
