[GRASS5] ps.map supports grassrgb

Hi all,

I have tried to add grassrgb instruction in ps.map module. See the
diffs and sample figure in the attachment. Also lib/vector/Vlib/area.c
should be patched (but it is part of d_vect_rgb_column.diffs...).
