[GRASS5] d.vect -a|c for all types

Hi all,

I have tried to modify (in very simply way) module d.vect. The
attached patch allows to use the flag -c and -a for all vector types -
not only for filling areas.

I also think that function Vect_get_area_cat () in vector/Vlib/area.c
has a small bug. If no category is found it should return "-1" not
"1". Do I understand well?
