[GRASS5] [bug #3627] (grass) v.surf.rst: zcolumn has a default

No other 'column' option has a default value. 
Column name can be any word, v.in.ascii without definition 
of column names is just one possible way to create data
+ it creates columns dbl_1, dbl_2 etc.,
+ if you import x|y|val with v.in.ascii, the column names will be
dbl_1, dbl_2, dbl_3 so it would be necessary to have default 
value for z dbl_3. Simply default value for input column name is 
not a good idea.
