[GRASS5] NVIZ keyframe label support

Hello,

I have just applied an update to CVS (ogsf and nviz). The update 
includes support for drawing labels and legends in a keyframe animation.

In the keyframe panel there is now a checkbutton under "Show Feature" 
called "Labels/Legend". With this enabled any defined labels and legend 
will be drawn in each keyframe.

If you encounter any problems please let me know.
