[GRASS5] [bug #4236] (grass) v.out.vtk gui misbehaving

Subject: v.out.vtk gui misbehaving

Platform: GNU/Linux/x86
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: GRASS 6.1.cvs (2006-04-03)

v.out.vtk GUI complains about non existing file when indicating the output filename in the tcltk panel.

I can accomplish happily the task with a v.out.vtk [options] > file.vtk from the command line, but not all users are meant to know bash.

The file selector should allow entering the name of a non-existing file (that's what it's meant to be in the end!).
